Shipping Policy
We offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how fast your orders get processed. We try to ship all in-stock orders on the next business day (Statutory Holidays excluded). In some situations, however, it may take up to 2 days to process and ship your order. If this is the case, we will let you know by email before we process your order.
We ship all orders from Sydney via Australia Post Express. Estimated delivery times are:
1–2 business days to most metropolitan areas (e.g., Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra)
2–3 business days to Perth and Hobart
2–5 business days to regional or remote areas across all states
Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backorder items will ship as soon as they come back in stock. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. We use Australia Post Express for our Free Shipping option. Orders placed before 2–3 PM (Sydney time) on a business day will be shipped the same day.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
We process in-stock orders every business day (Statutory Holidays excluded). Orders placed before 2–3 PM (Sydney time) on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment but is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the next business day. We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise; you will be contacted via email. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout. Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product’s page.
CARRIER RESTRICTIONS & TRACKING
**Australia Post Express** does not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we create your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject “Your order has shipped!” is sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your email’s “spam” folder if you did not receive a tracking number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email or tracking email, please contact us at chatvaper@gmail.com and have the email address, name, and shipping address provided during checkout ready.
You may also find and view all tracking information directly by logging in to “My Account”. Customers can track their packages using http://www.auspost.com.au.
Note: Australia Post may occasionally experience delays in updating tracking status. However, we guarantee your order is dispatched on the same day or next business day after placement, as described above. If your order has no tracking update within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you must return the package to us before receiving a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
ADDRESS ERRORS AND PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct. If you provide an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, we will not be responsible for reshipping or reprocessing the package. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, we will contact you to resolve the issue, but we will not provide a resend service for incorrect addresses once the order is shipped. It is your responsibility to double-check and confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
